Metaphone 3 License Terms
A Resale License is required for Metaphone 3 only if it is to be used in a product for resale, or in a web page that requires a fee to access. Upon receipt of the fee for a Resale License, Anthropomorphic Software authorizes the licensee to resell the Metaphone 3 algorithm and software as incorporated into any of their products for resale, and to otherwise use or modify it as they see fit, without any further restriction or obligation, except that the Metaphone 3 algorithm may not be redistributed as source code outside of the company.
